There’s more than one way to get the Packers onto a jobsite, and the right one depends on your site rules and budget:
The licensed lid — official Packers graphics factory-applied to a rated shell. Most sites allow it; the buy button above goes to current stock. This is the option that gets photographed.
Decal sheet on your issued shell — a licensed NFL vinyl sheet on the hard hat you’re already required to wear. Cheapest, zero policy friction on most sites (a few ban stickers — one question saves the argument).

Hard hat lifespan, the short version
A hard hat is a consumable. Most manufacturers put shell life at about five years from first use and suspension life at about twelve months — sun, sweat, and drops all shorten that. Licensed lids follow the same clock as plain ones. Don’t paint the shell or drill it for accessories; paint solvents can degrade the plastic and void the rating. Factory-applied team graphics are fine — that’s the whole point of buying licensed instead of DIY.

Can I actually wear a team hard hat on site?
Licensed WinCraft and MSA team hard hats are built on real ANSI Z89.1 shells — but your site's safety officer has the final word, and some contractors require specific colors or brands. Check your site rules first; when in doubt, put the team on your lid with a decal sheet instead.
Type I or Type II — which is this?
Licensed team hard hats are traditional Type I (top impact) designs. If your site mandates Type II climbing-style safety helmets, no licensed team version exists yet — wear the required helmet and show your colors with decals and the rest of the kit.
Are the replica helmets safe for work?
No. Riddell and Rawlings replicas are display collectibles, not protective equipment. They belong on the shelf, not under a scaffold.
